Re: Cannot setup MAIL account.
I have the imap/smtp port #'s but there is something wrong. I am not too
savvy. I cannot chat with my ISP - I have to keep phoning. I have a dialup
connection. I have an XP manual and am trying to figure this out - I am
really getting frustrated. I was not born digital - I am 50+. I am not
dumb.

Re: Cannot setup MAIL account.
Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

Re: Cannot setup MAIL account.
If you cannot setup your email account how did you manage to post a message
to a newsgroup using Windows Mail?

You say you have a dialup connection but your email address shows your ISP
is Comcast. Comcast does not offer dialup service.
