email contact

I have one contact person on my email list and every time this person emails
me it going into the junk mail.. Why and how can I fix it? Thank

Go to the Tools menu>Junk Mail Options, and add them to safe senders list,
also ensure that their address does not appear in any of the blocking lists.

While looking at the message, click on the Message menu. There are things
there you can use.
