You are confusing me and I assume very confusing for kimmy.
You say it would be "Windows Live Mail" for XP, but I don't understand why
you say that. For XP it could be either Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail
or Outlook.
I think this all could have been written more clearly. It would help to say
that both Outlook and Windows Live Mail can be used on any Windows starting
with 2000 or something like that. Doesn't that make it more clear? If it is
Vista then Windows Live Mail is installed whether or not it is used. Windows
prior to Vista have Outlook Express.
If it were me, I would simply request clarification and if the person does
not reply with clarification then it is likely a total waste of time to
spend any more time on it. Of course, since kimmy is using
