If you do a quick search with Google Groups in this newsgroup
(microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail) you will see that there are a huge
number of posts about having problems with McAfee and Windows Mail. The
very best solution is to uninstall McAfee and use a better antivirus
program such as NOD32, Kaspersky, or even Avast if you want a free one.
I find the built-in Windows Firewall is sufficient for my needs and I
suggest starting with that.
In short - get rid of McAfee and you will be able to send emails with
attachments.
