printing email problem
When I print a received email the edges of the body are slightly cut off,
causing short words not to be printed. I have tried several things to correct
the problem, both in Vista Windows Mail and HP printer settings but nothing
has corrected the problem. I have changed font size, paper size and resizing
option ("Preferences"). Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks

You need to make the change in Internet Explorer, on the file menu>page set
up>reduce Left & Right margins, the defaults are 19mm or .75 Inch

Mac, thanks for this solution. I just spent over an hour with Dell and they
couldn't help.

Re: printing email problem
Unfortunately this did not resolve my problem. The right side of the email
body is being cut off (about 1"). Adjusting the margins does relocated the
email subject matter on the printed page, but it still gets cut off in the
same manner. I hope someone can answer this for me seeing that this post is
a couple years old. Note, I am using vista 64 sp2 if that is relevant.
Thanks.

Set the margins as low as possible on both sides, I think 2.5mm is as low as
it will accept.

Change the size of the printed text also to see if that helps?

Do that also in IE, view menu>text size.

They are the only two settings that WM works with, any other problem you
need to look at the settings within your local printer, or maybe change the
printing Orientation.
