No, Outlook is required somewhere on some computer.
It's not anything from WinMail or even Outlook Express but the way it was
developed by the Office Outlook team.
Best thing to do would be to open it in Outlook (as another profile) on a
computer, export the Contacts as a Comma Separated Values text file and use
that to import into WinMail.
