bulk Mail

I maintain a database of some 250 members who I email once a month. Windows
mail or my server is only allowings me to email about 100 people a time so I
have to do the same thing 3 times. This can't be right - any ideas anyone?

Anti-Spam measure.
Your ISP is most likely the culprit? Think yourself lucky, most ISP's
generally only allow around 25 as the limit.

I'm sure that's a restriction your mail server has, as a spamming precaution.
So your options are to continue doing the sending three times, or find a
bulk mailing provider.
