EVERYTIME I SEND MESSAGES OR REPLY THERE'S AN ERROR APPEAR REGARDING SMTP...
PLEASE HELP ME TO RETRIEVE MY WIMDOWS LIVE

What is the entire error message?
Right-click on it, select Copy.
Then paste it into a reply.

You can't use Windows Mail to access a Live account, unless you pay for the
Plus account in order to access the POP server.
