How do I sign in?

Every time I post a message I get a popup:

That's for the Communities Feature for just the Microsoft newsgroups. No one
else uses them and I really really doubt anyone else does.

Tools | Options | General tab
uncheck "Use newsgroups message ratings features" will remove it.


Tools | Accounts | Microsoft Communities | Properties | Windows ID
You'll see the options there but they tend to not work right, like telling
it to not use it will put it back to prompt for some reason.

Best bet uncheck the message ratings features and be done with it.

Sorry about the last post.

I wanted to say that every time I try to post I'm asked if I want to sign
in. If I select "yes" I just keep on getting the same popup until I
select"no". How do I sign in?

Select Microsoft Communities.
Click Properties.
Click the Windows Live ID tab
If you have a Passport or Windows Live ID fill in the information and click
the circle to Save ...
If you do not have a passport or Windows Live ID click the top circle to
Never use ...
