I can send but not receive mail via windows

I can send mail, I can also retrieve mail from my comcast mail account. But I
cannot receive any mails to my windows accounts. I have received these
errors.
This when I try to send mail to my windows email address from my comcast
account
Permanent Failure: 550_5.1.1_User_unknown
Delivery last attempted at Thu, 12 Apr 2007 05:53:16 -0000
Hotmail and yahoo just mail me a delivery notice failure.

Any suggestions? I have checked and double checked the in and outgoing
mailservers provided to me by my internet provider

There is no such thing as a "windows email address", so it is not
clear what the issue is.

Windows Mail cannot retrieve mail from web mail accounts such as
Hotmail and Yahoo. However, that would not be the cause of you
receiving a bounce notice when sending from your Comcast account
to your Hotmail or Yahoo email address.

je n'arrive pas a lire mes messages sur windows mail
je peux envoyer mais pas recevoir c'est frustrant
quoi faire
avec outlook ça marche bien jai vérifié ...mais sur windows mail c'est comme
si on accepte pas mon nom d'utilisateur et mon mot de passe
