emailing pictures with windows mail

Windows mail doesn't let you resize picture attachments. I followed the
directions for sending pictures, which tell you to send them from the
pictures file. But they don't go anywhere. They don't even exist. Nobody
gets them, and they don't show up in the "sent items" folder. they just
don't exist.

1. Do you have an email program (like Windows Mail) set up to send & receive
email?

2. If you want to resize photos to send by email, open Windows Photo
Gallery, select the photo(s), click on "Email",
select a size, etc. But you can't until you do step 1.

You're trying to send pictures that don't exist?
