Can't click on email links in browser
When I click on an email link in my browser (Firefox), nothing happens. When
I try using IE it says Windows Mail is not installed properly. Microsoft
help says my serial number is no good. I bought a new computer with Vista
pre-installed. The problem began when I installed Office and Outlook made
itself my default email editor. I un-installed Outlook, and now I have this
problem. I already checked, and Windows Mail is my default mail program and
works fine other than the browser email links. Any suggestions on how to fix
this? It's really irritating. Thanks.

Doug

Re: Can't click on email links in browser
When Outlook is uninstalled, it doesn't return all the defaults to WinMail.

To correct the problem, go to Default Programs, then
click the first item: "Set your default programs."
After a few seconds a list of programs comes up.
Click on Windows Mail. To the right you should then see
"This program has all its defaults."
If it has less than all of its defaults, fix it by selecting one
of the two green arrow options.
