No, your contacts and emails are not lost, Outlook forgot which Personal
Folders (.pst) file to use. You should be able to find it at:
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outloo k
To re-connect it, 'File|Open|Outlook Data File', navigate to the .pst file
and select it.
