Webmail
I find the fact that Windows Mail cannot be used to access my Hotmail
account to be very disappointing, Microsoft is forcing me to use a different
email client.
As a long time MS supporter I do not understand their attitude.

of Windows Live Mail, which will access your Hotmail.

Windows Mail apparently was an interim email program, released with Vista.
It has been replaced by MS with Windows Live Mail, which can access your
free Hotmail account.

Okay, thanks, I understood that Live Mail was simply a prettied up Hotmail
and was exclusively
a Webmail system.
Does it install on my hard drive and can it be used as Windows Mail can?

Microsoft has never screwed me or anyone else that I know of, my post was
not a complaint about Microsoft,
just a comment on their policy in one area.
So go back to your vitriol generating Linux box and let others give genuine
suggestions.

Windows Live Mail does pretty much everything that Windows Mail does.
It is not webmail.
