Can forward HTML messages in windows mail

Can send and receive, but get an error message which essentialy says
failed to connect to server (verizon) Can go to verizon net mail and
forward ok.

Is this a limitaion of windows mail or a verizon problem or is therea
Fix?

Change outgoing.verzion.net to outgoing.verizon.net.
