Look on the File menu instead.

I have a new PC with Vista and I tried to use Windows mail; It's Ok for
receiving but not in sending. I have not find solutions in the other
answers...
I have noticed that you often talk about the antispam system : I have bit
defender...

Ignore my previous post, speed read at fault again :-))

Open the Contacts folder>the import and export should be on the toolbar?

If not, right click a blank area within the contacts folder>choose customise
this folder>set the template folder type to Contacts>apply/ok

At the time you received that error message was your Internet
connection being obtained from Aliceadsl?
Perhaps you were sending on a laptop away from home.
