Error when exporting messages from Windows Mail

[Persan-2008]

When I try to export my messages from Windows Mail to Outlook ther comes an error : there was an error when "MAPI" was initiated. Any one know how to fix this?

What version of Outlook installed, and is it configured to the correct type
of account?
