Your issue sounds like the problem Vista users are having with
the OWA mode of Microsoft Exchange Server. This is because
Vista no longer includes support for the ActiveX control that is used
for HTML editing in Outlook Web Access. Your employer's server
administrator will need to apply a hotfix to the Exchange server.
