Windows Mail Images
Just got VISTA and am thinking about going to the doctor to see if there's
anything I can take for it. Funny how some things don't have warning labels.
Was hoping Service Pack 1 would cure some stuff but can't see any lights
shining.
One thing, what do I need to do to get images to send via email as
attachments and not as images in the message? When I try to attach the file,
it is displayed in the mail as an image. Then when I send it, no one can see
it. I've yet to be able to "attach" a jpeg as a file. Help...

Re: Windows Mail Images
Make sure the image you are attaching is not open in
another program.
Make sure attachments are enabled:
Tools, Safety Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..." and also
uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
Also go to Tools, Options, Send, Mail Sending Format, HTML Settings,
make sure "Send pictures with messages" is checked.

Re: Windows Mail Images
Gary, I had already changed everything to what you recommended except for
"Send pictures with messages" was unchecked. You fixed it! That shot didn't
hurt that bad...ha ~Thanks again Gary~
