Can't edit new messange in webmail

Please help, I can not edit a new message or reply to an email. I'm using
webmail and Vista Basic.

Hi, I had the same problem when using IE7. After a quick search on the net
I found a solution.

Do you have a small square with a red cross?

If so, download Opera web browser and use this to access your web mail.

Your issue sounds like the problem Vista users are having with
the OWA mode of Microsoft Exchange Server. This is because
Vista no longer includes support for the ActiveX control that is used
for HTML editing in Outlook Web Access. Your employer's server
administrator will need to apply a hotfix to the Exchange server.
