Attachments

i'm using windows mail with vista. when add attachment to mail it says
server timed out. small attachments and still times out. how or can i
change this.

Which antivirus are you using? Some of them are not very compatible
with Windows Mail. In any case, email scanning in the antivirus must be
disabled, for reasons explained here:
