POP3 and SMTP

I am new to all of this and am needing to know where to look for the pop3
server and the smtp server. My email is from my work account . Is there a
way to find these out or do I need to contact my work? Thanks for the help

You will have to contact the mail administrator at work. It is not likely
that they have published their email settings on a public web page.
