Tiscali with windows mail

hi all

i cannot recieve any emails from my tiscali account through windows mail,
but i can send them.

all setting appear correct and i ahve spent alot of time on with tiscali but
they are not helping at all and say the fault is with windows mail.

this is doing my head in any help will be greatly appreciated

Do you get an error message when you try to receive? If so, right-click
on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without that complete error message.

hi Gary

no error message recieved

if i log onto my tiscali account through their website the message is there
but not coming through to my laptop

any further help would be appreciated

What happens when you click on Send/Receive? Does it go through
the motions of checking for mail on the server? If yes:

We've had several reports recently from Tiscali users about this problem,
so it may well be an issue with the Tiscali POP server. Complain to
their tech support.
