How to access email from another computer

does anyone know if you can access your email from someone else's or a
public computer? and if so, what is the address to get into your email
account? thanks

Use your mail provider's webmail access.
If you need help with that, who is your email service provider?

You can also use the web site www.mail2web.com to access any email service.
Just type in your full email address and your email password.
