Save Attachment Dialog

In the German Vista NG we came across a very strange thing:
There are different dialogs for saving attachments when clicking on the
attachment icon.

Another user (Ultimate 32) and Me (Business 32, SP1, all updates, on 3
computers) are prompted with a dialog which looks rather similar to the
thing in Outlook Express. Pls see:

Two other users get a totally different dialog which is far more
Vista-like. Pls see:

What might be the reason for this totally different behaviour?
Is there a possibility to configure WinMail to produce the other dialog?

I'm so sorry.
There was a misunderstanding.
The one dialog appears when the attachent icon in the preview header is
clicked.
The other one appears if one opens the mail and the use "Save as" from
the kontext-menu.
