Mail - new mail is not created when use Windows Photo Gallery to send by e-mail

Windows Photo Gallery is a great advance in comparasion to what we found at
Windows XP but... using Windows Photo Gallery to send a a picture by e-mail
I realize that this feature do not work. A bar is showed shortly indicating
that the image is being reduced but no new message is created by Windows
Mail.
Any solution?

Go into Default Programs and make sure Windows Mail has all three of its defaults.
