Unable to send or delete email

This question has been bantered for weeks/months apparently. Just got me
last night. I received email, tried to forward one and could not send. I
deleted it into my delete box and now cannot delete anything out of delete or
send any emails. I got an "unknown error" and am referred to Communities. I
am not the only one with this problem. I have a 1 month old computer from
Dell with Vista. Is it a Vista problem? Outlook problem? Dell problem? Is
there a solution from Microsoft yet? Are they doing anything about it?
