Using windows mail

I did everything and it is set up, but i have gmail and in the settings it
says put email address to forward messages.
How do I find my email address for windows mail?
Also what are Newsgroup? and when sending a message on Windows Mail, how or
can you create a new message and send it to one email address/person?
