not getting emails
We just got our computer and thought our email was all set up for us when
the Geek Squad guy was here. But I open the "Windows Mail" and there is
nothing there. I know people have sent us email but there is nothing there.
Do we have to do more setting up or something? We are not tekkies.

You might call them back again then. If you click on Send and Receive does
it check for mail?

You will have to set up at least one email account.
Use your ISP's instructions:
