Up/Down Bar to right of mail

Have lost the Up/Down scroll bar on the right side of Windows Mail. I can't
scroll through my mail without this vertical up or down bar unless I click on
each separate message. Please give me hint where it went yesterday. Have
tried view and tools. Obviously don't know what I'm looking for!

Help would be so appreciated.

Try resizing the window and see if that helps.
