Create Mail/To:

“Create Mail/To:� brings up a different Contacts list, as does “Create
Mail/Cc:�
Clicking directly on the tool bar “Contacts� brings up correct list.
How can I redirect the "To:" and "Cc:" buttons to the current Contacts
folder?

You should be getting the same contacts. The only time you get different
contacts is when you type in an address.
