First of all, there is on Outlook 7; Outlook versions are 97, 98, 2000, 2002
(XP), 2003 and 2007. To import these messages into Windows Mail, you must
install and setup Outlook, then open the saved .PST file with it. Only then
can you import data, Outlook must be present to access the .PST file. The
..DBX files can be directly imported, see these instructions:
