Are you sending the attachment with Windows Mail?
Was the attachment produced with an Office 2007 app (Word,
Excel, etc.)? By default Office 2007 uses a newer format that
is not compatible with earlier Office apps. In Word 2007, for
example, one should save using the Word 97-2003 format.
