I always had the e-mail option of clicking on new, old, spam, delete, sent or
trash on the left side of my incoming mail, I found this very good to check
on my sent mail or the other options. Now it just disappered and im unable to
re-open or find a way to have it reappear. Thank you, for any help.

Click the Folder List button on the toolbar?
Or view>menu>layout>enable folder list>apply/ok
