cant send or receive

i did what you told me to do to move them to draft only had test mail in
it. did not work. at one time about 6 pm i had it and then it went back to
not sending or receiving. i changed my user from administartor to guest
could that have somethig to do eith it. nwo i cant change my user back to
anytong wont let me. so what is wrong any other adive i need my e mail

I don't know how anyone can figure out what you were told to do, what you
did do, or even what your problem is. You need to reply in your original
