empty deleted folder by mistake

I just set up this program and didnt realize that I had it set up to not keep
a copy of my emails on my web based email account. After it downloaded all
my emails, I deleted them and emptied the folder not realizing that I didnt
have a back up copy still on the web. Is there any way to recover these? I
had some important emails in there.

Not likely, but you can try a file undelete utility such as Recuva:
http://www.recuva.com/

Also, ask your mail provider if they keep a backup tape. For a fee,
some will restore deleted email.

Not likely, but you can try a file undelete utility such as Recuva:

Buy DBXpress and use it in recover from disk mode.
DBXpress: ($27) http://www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/Default.aspx
It'll recover any that haven't been overwritten yet.
