Windows Mail POP error message

Hi I'm new at this so hope it works. Just got my wife a new pc w/ vista
and we set up her windows mail but everytime she opens the mail program
an error message pops up saying " couldn't find POP3.charter.net" and I
can't figure out how to go back and remove a mistake in configuring
which i think is why we get that message.

Go to tools menu>accounts>select your account>properties>server tab
Enter The POP is POP.charter.net and the SMTP is SMTP.charter.net.

According to your ISP, the incoming mail server is named
pop.charter.net, see
http://www.charter.com/customers/sup...articleid=1658

You can make changes in your settings by going to Tools, Accounts,
select that account, Properties, Servers.
