Spam box..help asap..please

Here is e-mail msg from mirosoft mail, :

Your folder Spam contains one new message.

Messages in this folder will be deleted after 28 days.:::::

When I go to spam box or junk mail there is nothing there, I have even put
senders email address in approved senders and it still makes it disappear.
The mail I need to open is top priorty in me getting a job, it is a test.
I have already asked potenial employeer to have the test company to resend it.
Can anybody help me ??
Once again, marked as spam and disappeared.

Open the Junk mail folder>View menu>select show all messages.

This is confusing, because WM does not delete after 28 days!

What program are you using, you mention "Here is e-mail msg from mirosoft
mail"

Go to the website of your mail provider and check the Junk folder there?
