Unknown error has occurred

I received one e-mail that I cannot delete, it says unknown error has
occurred, cannot move it to delet box. When I open it it says error has
occurred check memory low.
I even downloaded the WGAplugin that was mentioned in the communities and
installed it, did no good..... help help help
Is this a Vista problem, mail problem, ? I know it is MY problem

Although that article only mentions Outbox, it works for all mail folders.

Download and install this Microsoft Hotfix:

It works for all folders.

Hello CTMH-girl,

This will help show you how to fix the stuck undeletable email message
problem in Windows Mail for all folders.

Installing the KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You
must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the section
titled "FIRST" in this tutorial about antivirus and other security
programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the
KB941090 Microsoft Update in the section titled "SECOND" to fix and be
able to delete the stuck message from the problem folder.
