I cant locate or create contact group list anywhere no longer pres

It's just disapeared how do I bring the create contact group or name list in
my mail box,I've been trying for hours did I oversee something or delte is

Hello Mike,

While in the "C:\Users\(User Name)\Contacts" folder, you will just need
to change the folder template back to "Contacts" to see the "New
Contact" option again. This tutorial will help show you how to if
needed.
