Show Addresses in Sep. Box

How can I show my address book in a box in the lower left hand corner like it
did in Outlook Express.

You can't.
Since contacts are stored in a folder, you can leave the folder open, or
there's a sidebar gadget that you can use.

Not possible, that feature was dropped from Windows Mail.
