Change Windows Mail back to Microsoft Outlook

I am unable to synchronize the contacts in Windows Mail with my Blackberry.
I currently have a new computer with Windows Vista: Windows Mail (which I am
now using) but it also has Microsoft Outlook (which I would like to use so
that I can synchronize the contacts with the Blackberry without having to do
this manually).

How can I best transfer all my files/contacts from Windows Mail to Microsoft
Outlook so that I can synchronize and keep a mutually up to date contact list
between the Blackberry and Outlook devices? In addition, I believe I can
also synchronize the Outlook Calendar with my Blackberry?

export the contacts as CSV file.
then import that CSV file into outlook.

be sure you tell wm it is not the mail program and outlook that it is the mail program.
