e-mail error message
When trying to open my e-mail I get this error message:
" Account: 'stashali@verizon.net', Server: 'incoming.verizon.net', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server: Cannot connect to the
mail server!', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error
Number: 0x800CCC90"

Can anyone help me?

You are allowing AVG to mess with your email, which is not a good thing!
Chances are, you installed AVG antivirus using its default install option.
If so, uninstall it, then reinstall, but select 'custom' install, which then
allows you to forego installing the troublesome email scanning module.

Email scanning in any antivirus must be disabled, for reasons explained here:
