I have Windows Mail and also use Incredimail. Incoming emails always show
up in Incredimail but NOT always

in Windows Mail. Does that make sense and if it does, what can I do?

Re: Incoming Mail
By default, most POP3 email clients like Windows Mail will delete
a message from the server after it has been downloaded. This
often makes that message unavailable to a second computer or
second email client program.

To fix that problem, go to Tools, Accounts, select your mail account,
Properties, Advanced, enable "Leave a copy of messages on server."

You would also need to do the equivalent with IncrediMail, but I
can't give you the exact steps for that.
