I am haveing trouble setting up win/mail I have a wirless motem and dont know what my outgoing and incoming ISP

I have never used a wirless conection before and my provider is gricket how
do I set my win/mail to be abel to
send and recive e-mail with out getting eror that there is a problem with
the adress I send to please help

Your description of he error message is rather sketchy.
In order to troubleshoot this problem we will need a copy of
the exact and complete error message. Right-click on the
error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.

Is Aim.com your only email provider?
