Importing Identities

I imported all the identities but when I try to switch identities the wizard
comes up saying I haven't imposted all the identities. But when I go thru the
steps, it says I impoeted all the identities. How can I get it to stop so I
can switch idenities

There is no identity feature in Windows Mail, so there's nothing to switch
to.
