how to create an email group in Vista mail

I want to create emailing groups in Visat mail, the help say's to "simply"
click on the tool bar and go to create a newgroup - I can not see it any
where can someone help. Windows Help also says to add a contact to the group
to just click on add to group - can some one tell me where that is too.

When you have the Contacts folder open, you should have a button on the
toolbar for "New Contact", "New Contact Group", Import" and "Export". If
you don't see these buttons, the folder template got changed, as it
sometimes does...

Right-click on a blank area of the right pane, and select "Customize this
folder".
In the pull-down box, select "Contacts"
OK

When is the Vista email issue going to be sorted ? I have joined yahoo plus
and am still unable to get my e-mail sorted, I get to the place where they
need my outgoing port and my incoming and have tried every possible
solution, all I get are error reports, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me. I have
had this same problem ever since i got my computer.

Please post the entire error message here and someone can probably help you.
Right-click on the message, select Copy, then Paste it into a reply.

Which particular Vista email issue? Most problems are caused by
failure to follow your email provider's setup instructions.
