When I reply to an e-mail and want to change the font style, the font button
is greyed out so I can't change it. Any suggestions?

RE: Channging fonts
Try going to "Message" and then "Send Message Using " and then "New
Stationery." When prompted create new stationery with the font and size you
want to use (uncheck "picture" and you can have a nice blank white piece of
virtual paper).

Give the new stationery some name you will remember and save. Then when you
compose messages, choose the "stationery" you have created.
