"POP3" is not the correct name for the mail server. Get the correct
mail server names from your ISP's website:
http://help.cableone.net/email/msoe/check3.aspx
Those instructions are for Outlook Express, but Windows Mail uses
identical settings.
In Windows Mail, to get to the screen that has the mail server names,
go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
