Problem with sending pictures thru email

I'm unable to send pictures through email which I have through cableone.net
and am receiving the following error:

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Subject 'Emailing: S6301145', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

How do I change what was originally set up?

"POP3" is not the correct name for the mail server. Get the correct
mail server names from your ISP's website:

http://help.cableone.net/email/msoe/check3.aspx

Those instructions are for Outlook Express, but Windows Mail uses
identical settings.

In Windows Mail, to get to the screen that has the mail server names,
go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
