The server you are connected to is using a security certificate th
The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could
not be verified

I am getting the above warning every time I open vista widowns mail. My
internet provider si ATT and they gave me the following instructionsto allow
me to set my eamil adresses:

1. Open your email client program.
2. Locate the email account settings for your particular client.
3. Change the POP server to pop.att.yahoo.com.
4. Change the SMTP server to smtp.att.yahoo.com.
5. Change the SMTP port to 465 and check the option labeled Use an encrypted
connection (SSL).
6. Change the POP3 port to 995 and check the option labeled Use an encrypted
connection (SSL).

I have two email adress one at SBCglobal.net and the other at 5to9.net.

after I ignor the warningmy email works fine how do i stop the warning
from coming up every time I load Windows mail?

Have you looked at your account properties and verified that you
are indeed using those new server names? I have seen that error
when the user keeps an old server name, like pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com.

If you tell it *not* to ignore the certificate warning, does it then give a
more complete error message? If so, copy and paste, so we can
see it.
